Jeanne and Eric met at MDA Camp Sunshine, where they both have volunteered every summer for well over ten years. Eric was attracted to Jeanne's enthusiasm and ability to bring such joy to the campers she loved so much. Many a romance has blossomed at camp, but Jeanne and Eric made it official at the camp after party at FnMs Patio Bar. You have to see this amazing wedding unfold!
Caroline and Jack have one of those loves that just renews our faith in destiny and soul mates. Their story began long before their gorgeous wedding at Race and Religious in New Orleans. They grew up as classmates throughout middle school and high school, but didn't kindle a romance until they happened to be in the same class at LSU Nursing School.
We started the day with Courtney and Lee at the Hotel Monteleone in the French Quarter, as everyone prepared for the fun celebration ahead! After a sweet first look with her dad, Courtney met Lee at the Arnaud's French 75 Bar for an intimate moment together.
What a beautiful day for a couple SO in love! Becky's smile is contagious, so pretty much everyone at their wedding was smiling the entire day...from their intimate ceremony at The Pharmacy Museum, to their second line with Kinfolk Brass Band through the French Quarter, to their dinner and dance party with The Boogie Men at The Windsor Court Hotel - Tons. Of. Smiles.
Melissa and Will had such a sweet celebration at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans...we enjoyed hanging out with their family and friends and taking in all of the unique touches they put into their wedding day.
When we met Julia, her mom, and maid of honor the week of the wedding, we knew it was going to be a fun celebration! The Elms Mansion on St. Charles provided a lovely setting for Julia and Kyle's sunset ceremony and reception...we especially loved riding the streetcars to the ceremony and hearing them pass by as Julia, Kyle, and their (mostly out of town) guests partied the night away to the awesome Phunky Monkeys.
We had a great time with Christine and Joey at their fabulous Baton Rouge wedding! The Old State Capitol and Capitol Park Museum were perfect venues for the couple to celebrate with their close-knit families.
The warm colors of Rachel and Blake's wedding transport us back to this lovely past Fall...now we are ready to curl up on the couch with a warm bowl of soup and a romantic comedy. But first, we must reflect on Rachel and Blake's vintage, rustic wedding at the beautiful Kent Plantation House in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Our weekend with Laura and John started at their Rehearsal Dinner at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. If you have never seen the Victory Belles, you have to check them out!
Jacqueline and Michael's intimate wedding took place under the mystical oaks at the Audubon Park Tree of Life. Their ceremony combined multiple traditions to express the joining of both of their families.
